Hi... The client came to me to enquire about a series of renders to support a planning application. One of their requirements was that they wanted it to look photographic rather than utilitarian, as they would also use it in their marketing material. . I worked closely with them, sending different perspectives, lighting scenarios and foreground and background details. I used Maya & Vray and the long exposure effect was created in camera, rather than as a post process or compositing effect.

This is the one they settled on in the end.
